For applications and payments made until 15/10/2010 registration fee shall amount to 1500.- HRK/200.- EUR +23% VAT per participant (Rate I). From 16/10/2010 application fee shall amount to 1800.- HRK/230.- EUR +23% VAT (Rate II).

B) Cancellation policy: all cancellations received in writting to HRO CIGRÉ’ Offi ce by October 20, 2010 will
be refunded in full except the administrative fee of 500.- HRK/70.– EUR. Cancellation fees received after
October 20, 2010 will not be refunded.

Since the statement of account sent to HRO CIGRÉ by the bank contains only the amounts paid, you are kindly requested to send us a copy of the payment slip by e-mail or fax.
If no proof of payment of the registration fee for the 9th Symposium is received, HRO CIGRÉ Registration and Information Offi ce will not admit the participant unless she/he immediately pays the registration fee in cash.
