Reservation cards should be sent to the Hotel Falkensteiner – Borik as soon as possible, but not later than October 30, 2010.
The hotel will confirm the reservation upon receipt of a deposit (amounting to one night’s accommodation) or credit card details.

In case of inability to attend the Symposium, the participant must cancel his/her reservation (by telephone, fax or e-mail).
For reservations that are not cancelled at least 48 hours prior to the announced arrival
the hotel shall charge a night’s accommodation in the event of NO-SHOW.

Reminder:
Deadline for hotel reservation is October 30, 2010;
after this date reservation will be accepted on a rooms-available basis only
but at the same (above mentioned) rates as well as in other hotels.
