REGISTRATION FEE AND PARTICIPANT'S REGISTRATION
For applications and payments made until 15/10/2010 registration fee shall
amount to 1500.- HRK/200.- EUR +23% VAT per participant (Rate I). From
16/10/2010 application fee shall amount to 1800.- HRK/230.- EUR +23% VAT (Rate
II).

Registration fee can be paid by Bank remittance to Zagrebačka banka, Paromlinska 2, HR-10000 ZAGREB, CROATIA
to the order of HRO CIGRÉ, Account No.: 1101221026,
Swift Code ZABAHR2X, IBAN code: HR7423600001101221026 with the keyword
“V9 - name of the person for whom the fee is being paid”.
Charges to be paid by Sender.
Cancellation policy: all cancellations received in writting to HRO CIGRÉ' Office by October 20, 2010
will be refunded in full except the administrative fee of 500.- HRK/70.– EUR.
Cancellation fees received after October 20, 2010 will not be refunded.
Since the statement of account sent to HRO CIGRÉ by the bank contains only the amounts paid,
you are kindly requested to send us a copy of the payment slip by e-mail or fax.
If no proof of payment of the registration fee for the 9th Symposium is received,
HRO CIGRÉ Registration and Information Office will not admit the participant
unless she/he immediately pays the registration fee in cash.

Participants are kindly requested to send their applications and to pay the registration fee as soon as possible.
Participants from abroad will receive all conference materials from the Registration and Information Office in Zadar.
